Chief Financial Officer

Manages financial reporting, spending policy analysis, and endowment administration.

Investment Committee Chair

Chairs the volunteer committee responsible for reviewing asset allocation and capital preservation.

Director of Community Partnerships

Coordinates multi-year funding cohorts, convenings, and co-investment relationships with peer funders.

Senior Program Officer

Supports workforce education and vocational training partnerships across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Grants Manager

Maintains grant records, reporting calendars, application materials, and grantee communications.

Operations Coordinator

Supports office operations, meeting preparation, and administrative continuity for the foundation team.
